Developing and implementing quality management systems in manufacturing industries
Creating and maintaining company documentation, such as quality manuals, and quality procedures
Analyzing, identifying and implementing production and/or process improvements which will lead the company to higher capability and performance
Provides statistical data and establishes statistical confidence by specifying sample size, frequency and acceptable error
Work together in teams with members of all departments to define necessary improvements in all process and product related issues
Applying best manufacturing practices and observing that it is being adhered to
Lead test related controls, use and/or support usage of existing measuring equipment and methods
Reinforce quality focused internal audits

Finished studies in Quality, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable education with corresponding job experience
Knowledge of quality tools like Ishikawa diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, Control Plan, Statistical Process Control, First Piece and/or Production Part Approval Process, Mistake and Error Proofing System
Good understanding of drawing specification
Usage of common measuring equipment
Good IT knowledge
Good communication ability
Fluency in English and Hungarian; German language skill is an advantage
Good investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to think logically and methodically
Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate
Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively

2-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, automotive experience is an advantage
